During his working period, he has expertise in handling various types of import, such as Green Lane, Yellow Lane, Red Lane, import with facilities ( Master List, Bonded Zone and Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor – KITE ). He is also expert in Import Customs Declaration ( PIB ), HS Code and Import using preferential tariff ( Free Trade Agreement / COO ) scheme. Besides that, Idham holds Customs Expert Certificate as known as Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan – PPJK Certificate
